Step 1:
Stuffed meatloaf is a favorite for many, and we have a simple and tasty recipe for you. With just a few ingredients and easy instructions, you’ll end up with a juicy, flavorful dish that everyone will love.

Step 2:
Start by gathering your ingredients: 17.6 oz (500g) of ground beef, two eggs, two tablespoons of breadcrumbs, cheese (optional), four potatoes, vegetable oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Step 3:

Grab a bowl, then combine your ground beef, breadcrumbs, and eggs, mixing thoroughly until everything is evenly blended. Add salt and cumin to taste. If you like cheese, cut it into small cubes (about 3.5 oz or 100g of Gouda works well).

Step 4:
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the meat mixture evenly across the bottom to form a thick layer. Place the cheese cubes in the center of the meat layer.

Step 5:
Roll the meat up around the cheese to form a loaf, making sure the cheese stays in the middle. Wrap the loaf tightly in parchment paper, and if you want extra juiciness, add a second layer of parchment paper.

Step 6:
Cut the potatoes into pieces and coat them with vegetable oil. Get the pieces of potatoes ant out them into the meatloaf in the frying pan. Bake at 180°C (346°F) for about 30 minutes.

Step 7:
After 30 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and take off the parchment paper. Return the meatloaf and potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes at the same temperature until the meat is crispy on the outside.

Step 8:
Once done, fill the cheese inside the meatloaf you’ve prepared. Now your special dish is ready to be the decoration of any dining table to impress your dears. Apart from the baking, it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare. Rita’s family loves this dish, and we’re sure yours will too.
