Step 1: Begin by measuring out 7 grams of Agar and placing it into a mixing bowl. Here you need to put 60 ml of water to the bowl, and splash the ingredients together. Continue to stir until the mixture transforms into a smooth and creamy consistency, making sure there are no lumps left behind.

Step 2: In a deep stainless steel pan, pour in 400 ml of coconut milk, 50 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 120 ml of water. Add the Agar mixture, then whisk everything together. Let it be baked on low heat.
